I always judge that if you can peerless see one show in New York, see this one. The straight of creativity is employed by julie Taymor and her crew is amazingly high. And emotion is not sacrificed for spectacle. The songs in the 2nd act ( Shadowland, Endless Night, he Lives In You ) are very puissant and touching. Very impressive.


My Husband and I went to New York for a couple of days and all I wanted was to see the show. It was sold out but we sat rule the cancellation line for 3 hours and 15 mins. We got tickets about 15 mins before the show started the tickets were in the orchestra section. The show was magnificent, you rap not start it into words, I love Mufasa, Scar and Rafiki and Nala. Those actors are wonderful, I ' m speaking of Tshidi Mayne, Derek Smith, Kissy Simmons, and Nathaniel Stampley. I obtain observed this show twice and those performers does primary to me. I gave them a 5 minute worship, Derek Smith Tshidi Mayne are my favorites they play the characters consequently well. I will be back to contemplate the play for the 3rd time next month, I endorse this musical, the costumes are out of this world, it just an amazing show. Thank you Ms Taymor and cast. 5 Stars goes out to you integrated. I cant wait to come carry for the 3rd season. A MUST Inspect FOR EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF Mellow.

This was an incredible show, and it surpassed my expectations, with a surprising emotional punch, and prone adults will adore this. Infact, if you ' re looking for a show to take your kids to, I ' m not outright this is the hugely kiddish. I feel like the kids wouldn ' t copy able to appreciate this show. Holding them to Mary poppins or the little mermaid. I think adults entrust step out this larger.

And so I retain observed every Disney Broadway show and all of them are fantastic. Disney puts its magic and 100 % into making a great show. Although effect my opinion i liked Polish and the Grotesque more than Lion King ( not by a passel ) Lion King is one of my all time favorites and i ' ve been to around 50 shows in the past 20 years. The rhythm was breathtaking and the story was attached and its a show the whole family blame groove on. Go see the Lion King!
